A sudden observation came into it and thought to write it down here- Many things are coming which resembles with the heading of it. Just read the headline and think for some moments, guys! All of us seen a Sea. Isn't it? Now there are various types of waves in it. If we are just standing on the shore we can see medium waves to high waves are just knocking down the sands and disappears back. If we are surfing we are facing with high waves but a ship sailing in midst of deep on the sea, how we have seen? A calm water without any waves, just a mild flow or even just a calm approach of sea.  Or even some one going deep into the sea can find its just like an environment of a lake, full of water, no similarity of the above mentioned shore experience.  Isn't that big sea with multifarious waves or no waves are similar with our mind? Some times a heavy ups and downs and some time a calm and serene mindset? Now, I guess you all understand my point? All contents...

This is really a time when we approach our mind to listen us. Check when we decide to do or think something, our mind starts running on opposite direction. Isn't it? From times immemorial, people are taming the mind to have a proper life style. In today's also who are having a life of a MAN, tamed their minds.  In this case, the best option is to ask the mind itself to listen us. Now you may say how it can be possible; it is rather very much possible. When a complex algebra needs to a regular practice to understand the certainly the mind game needs more practice as it is the most complex material to understand.  However, once start listening, Mind is a beautiful thing to play with- Omnipotent. Now there are multiple ways available to talk with mind. Even at various countries and societies have their own proven ways to do that. I am planning to organize a retreat for the people who are constantly searching for the Sublime Light and eternal peace. Himalaya is not less than best to provide serenity and calmness to the mind when mixed with the living with ArchAngels and Reiki. A retreat where like minded people stay together for 5 days in midst of wild nature of Himalaya with tent life and meditate and discuss about the life. A seclusion to see the life we spent and to gather life force with a hour wise routine for all days.
